This New York City remodel was particularly challenging, as it required the MyHome team to work with a homeowner who was out of state. The unit had never been renovated and was extremely outdated. The next challenge was the pre-war apartment did not have an electric panel. The building itself is very plain, and the homeowner wanted to walk into her space and feel a clean and contemporary aesthetic.
